At Al-Salail Company, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please review the following terms and conditions for our Return Policy and Exchange Policy.
Return Policy
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is in perfect condition (unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging, including branded boxes and dust bags, if applicable). However, we regret to inform you that returns are not applicable for accessories such as jewelry, fragrances, watches, sunglasses, etc.
To be eligible for a return, the item must include the original packaging, supplier’s label, and be in the same condition as received. Al-Salail Company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
There is a 2-day period for legitimate returns in cases where:
- The item is damaged upon delivery.
- There is a manufacturing defect.
- The received item is different from what was originally ordered.
Return Fees & Conditions
- Legitimate returns (damaged, incorrect, or defective items): No shipping fee will be charged.
- Items with a discount of 70% or more: No return or exchange allowed.
- Items discounted between 30% and 70%: A return/exchange fee of 15,000 IQD will apply.
- Items discounted below 30%: A return/exchange fee of 10,000 IQD will apply.
- Discounted items may have minor scratches or imperfections, which do not qualify for returns unless they affect functionality.
📌 Please note: Any return request for damaged items must be made within 2 days from the date of receipt. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only allowed for footwear and must be requested within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- Exchange requests are only eligible for the same item value or higher.
Return Procedure
To request a return, please email us at customerservice@colehaan.iq. Once the return request is approved, we will generate a return label and notify our shipping partner. They will contact you to arrange a pickup time. Once the item is collected and received by us, we will confirm the successful return.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the return is approved.
- The refund will cover the full item price of undamaged and duly returned items, but will exclude original shipping fees and any cash handling charges, where applicable.
- If a refund is needed, our team will contact you to coordinate the process.
📌 Note: Refunds or exchanges for products purchased in physical stores or through third-party distributors are not the responsibility of our online store. Customers must address such issues with the respective stores or distributors.

Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely using SSL encryption. We accept the following payment methods:
- Debit/Credit Card Payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Electronic Payment Platforms
- Cash on Delivery (COD) (Additional charge: 5,000 IQD).
For debit/credit card payments, customers must enter their card details, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV code. This information is processed securely by the payment provider.
